What is Gate valve:

Gate valves are used to control fluid flow. They have a simple structure consisting of a valve body, seat, bonnet, stem, and gate disc. The gate is vertically movable, allowing for rapid opening and closing to regulate fluid entry and exit. Gate valves have an unobstructed straight-through passage, minimizing pressure loss to the lowest extent possible.
