The electric actuated plunger valve is a new multifunctional valve suitable for urban water supply, industrial water supply, mining water use, power plants, and water diversion projects in pipeline systems. It can simultaneously replace gate valves, pressure regulating valves, and flow control valves (one valve replaces multiple valves), serving to regulate flow, dissipate energy, discharge air, and reduce pressure. It has excellent regulation and control capabilities for high-pressure and large pressure differential conditions, featuring energy dissipation, noise reduction, vibration reduction, and cavitation prevention. This effectively enhances the safety and reliability of the system and meets the requirements for automated control.
■ Good Linearity: The valve body is designed with a special internal structure, providing excellent linearity in flow control characteristics. Even within the first 10% of travel, it maintains good flow control performance.
